While the boots seem to measure true to size, they appear to provide a tight fit and I recommend buying one size bigger than your little girl wears. If your little one needs extra width for calves, please double check the Leg measurements, to make sure they will fit. The measurement you see labeled as "Leg" was taken on the inside of the boots at the very top, all the way around the inside.
