Please read these terms of exchange carefully. I will allow an exchange if it is done within 1 week of your shoes arriving to you.  I can allow an exchange if you send the original shoes back in their NEW condition, in the box. You must include the shipping & handling $ amount to send the new pair back to you.  I can only exchange the shoes for a pair that I have in stock.  Please remember to send a note with all exchange information, including your email, return address, what you are exchanging for, and a copy of your checkout reciept. I can NOT process your exchange without this information!!!!

The only circumstance in which I will allow a return is if the item has arrived deffective, or misrepresented on my part.  Please ask for all measurements before purchasing if you are not sure of the size.  I can not allow a return because you chose the wrong size, decided the color is not right or you found a different pair at Stride Rite. LOL! :0) Or for any other reason.

Will you charge sales tax on my order? TOP
There is no sales tax on orders except those sent to addresses in California. Shipments to California are subject to 7.75% sales tax.

How do I know if my child's shoe has enough growing room? TOP
The recommended toe room allows 3/8 inch to 1/2 inch between the longest toe and the end of the shoe. Also, about 3/8 inch of growth room is automatically incorporated into the manufacturing of children's shoes to ensure there is built-in space for growth.
