We are confident you will be pleased with your purchase! In the event that a problem needs to be addressed, please follow these return guildelines.
Returns will be accepted within 10 days of delivery. Sweet Soles offers store credit for all items returned. We do not issue refunds.
You MUST request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) through your Sweet Soles account FIRST. To do that, just login to your Sweet Soles account and click the "View Details" link that is next to your order number. There on the right side you will see the "Add New RMA" button. Once you complete and submit that we will then send you an email with the instructions on how to proceed with your return. Please, follow the instructions:
1- The items must be in the original package. If your package was not shipped in a box, please return it in packaging that will not damage the product.
2- Please write your RMA number on the return label of your package. Be sure your RMA number is clearly visible on the OUTSIDE of the package the product is being shipped back to us. If we don't receice your RMA number we cannot process your return in a timely manner.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 7 days from the date of delivery. Please inspect your shoes upon arrival. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted within 7 days after you receive shipment. Both will be exchange only. Sweet Soles will cover any shipping charges related to these transactions. |
