What is a "RMA"?
* RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization. This is required in order to process your return in a timely manner. Please do not just send your item back without this approval. Doing so will just delay the processing of your return. This type of authorization allows, you the customer, to view details of your return by logging into your Sweet Soles account.
How do I receive an RMA so that I can return a purchase?
* Login to your Sweet Soles account and click the "View Details" link that is next to your order number. There on the right side you will see the "Add New RMA" button. Once you complete and submit, we will then send you an email with the instructions on how to proceed with your return.
What items are available to return?
* Only items that are NOT marked as "final sale" are available to return for store credit. We clearly mark all items that are final sale for this reason. Please keep in mind that we do not issue refunds or exchanges. You will receive store credit for your returned item/items. If you are unsure of sizing or have a question, please go to the "Contact Us" page to submit a CRM (customer relations management) ticket. |
