| Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California 8.75%. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |

Shipping Cost- Orders to all United States addresses will be charged the following shipping rates: One pair of shoes= $6.00, 2 Pair of shoes= $10.00, 3 or more pair of shoes= $12.00 shipping charge.
All Sweet Soles orders of $100 or more will ship for FREE!
Shipping Time- We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the next day if ordered by 5:00PM. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, Holidays and during special promotions please allow 2-3 days for processing.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sweet Soles or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

We are confident you will be pleased with your purchase! In the event that a problem needs to be addressed, please follow these return guildelines:
Returns will be accepted within 10 days of delivery. Sweet Soles offers store credit for all items returned. We do not issue refunds. You MUST request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) through your Sweet Soles account FIRST. To do that, just login to your Sweet Soles account and click the "View Details" link that is next to your order number. There on the right side you will see the "Add New RMA" button. Once you complete and submit we will then send you an email with the instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Please, follow the instructions:
1- The items must be in the original package. If your package was not shipped in a box, please return it in packaging that will not damage the product.
2- Please write your RMA number on the return label of your package. Be sure your RMA number is clearly visible on the OUTSIDE of the package the product is being shipped back to us. If we don't receice your RMA number we cannot process your return in a timely manner.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 7 days from the date of delivery. Please inspect your shoes upon arrival. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted within 7 days after you receive shipment. Both will be exchange only. Sweet Soles will cover any shipping charges related to these transactions. |

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
Q: What is a CVV number? A: For your safety and security, Sweetsoles.com requires that you enter your card verification value (CVV) code when paying via credit card. The CVV code is a three-digit number which appears on the back of all Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards. On American Express cards, it is a four-digit number which appears on the front of the card.
