How quickly do you ship?
Your package will be shipped by USPS first class, Priority mail, or UPS ground. This will be at the discretion of SweetSoles.com shipping department, and will vary depending on the weight of your package, and the zip code. We strive to ship your shoes as soon as possible. In most cases, your package will be sent within 2 business days of your payment. You will recieve your delivery confirmation or tracking number via an email. You may also log in to your SweetSoles.com account to check your order status.

Currently we accept all Credit cards, and Paypal.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
We are confident you will be pleased with your purchase! In the event that a problem needs to be addressed, please follow these return guildelines. Returns will be accepted within 10 days of delivery. Sweet Soles offers store credit for all items returned. We do not issue refunds.
You MUST request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) through your Sweet Soles account FIRST. To do that, just login to your Sweet Soles account and click the "View Details" link that is next to your order number. There on the right side you will see the "Add New RMA" button. Once you complete and submit that we will then send you an email with the instructions on how to proceed with your return.
What will happen once we receive your return:
1- We will process your item/items
2- You will receive a email containing your voucher code
3- You then can login onto our www.sweetsoles.com website to place a order for the items you want in return for your exchange.
Once authorization is given please follow the instructions below:
- The items must be in the original package. If your package was not shipped in a box, please return it in packaging that will not damage the product.
- Please write your RMA number on the return label of your package. Be sure your RMA number is clearly visible on the OUTSIDE of the package the product is being shipped back to us. If we don't receice your RMA number we cannot process your return in a timely manner.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 7 days from the date of delivery. Please inspect your shoes upon arrival. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted within 7 days after you receive shipment. Both will be exchange only. Sweet Soles will cover any shipping charges related to these transactions.
Will you charge sales tax on my order?
There is no sales tax on orders except those sent to addresses in California. Shipments to California are subject to 8.75% sales tax.

How do I know if my child's shoe has enough growing room?
It is recommended that you purchase shoes that measure 3/8-1/2 inch bigger than your childs foot. The best way to measure his or her foot is to have them stand straight with their back against a flat surface. Measure from that flat surface to the tip of their longest toe. It's important that the child stand straight with all their weight on the floor.
How do I know if my child's shoe is wide enough?
You should be able to pinch just a little of the upper material. If the shoe feels too tight and is not available in a wider width, a 1/2 size larger is recommended.
How long should I expect children's shoes to last?
On average, a child's shoe will last for about 3-4 months. They either have a growth phase or simply outwear the shoe. Children's shoes are usually made more durable than women's and men's shoes so they will last longer. Leathers are tougher and have special treatments in many cases. We do however, recommend in order for you to get maximum usage, a quality shoe protectant be put on as soon as they arrive.
